Food Pyramid (Malaysian Edition)

"You are what you eat"
I live in a state in Malaysia, where people really have messed up big time with the order of their food pyramid. They eat rice three times per day. They also take fried noodles and nasi lemak as in-between meals. They put sugar in almost every food, even in a sugarcane juice.  Old ladies who come to the clinics for blood glucose check would blame the watermelon they ate the night before for a high blood sugar. What the heck. Is a diagram as simple as this so difficult for them to understand?

I suggest the Malaysian Health Ministry to come up with a simpler diagram, play around a little bit with the order. Something like this, maybe:

Since this is Ramadhan, It would be a great opportunity to kick-start a good diet.

Selamat Berbuka Puasa.
